When ordering any item containing chocolate, we strongly suggest you choose 2nd day air to avoid melting. Angelic Expressions by Angel® guarantees your product only when shipped using this method. All chocolate orders not shipped 2nd day air are not guaranteed. Angelic Expressions by Angel® is based in Texas where it is hot during the summer months, therefore we recommend 2nd day air from the months of April-October.

All orders are custom designed and a sample is sent via email to the customer within 2 business days. 1 business day for rush orders. Once a response is received, the final product will be submitted for processing. *All items are non-refundable. You are responsible for accepting the final draft with a follow up email confirming the layout. Angelic Expressions by Angel® is not responsible for misspelled names or incorrect data on product. When using a personal picture for favor design, all photos must be mailed to PO Box 2024, Spring Tx. 77387, or sent as a jpeg or gif by email. All photos will be returned.

All chocolate orders made from April - October must include a cooler pack.

Rush orders are assessed a one time additional fee of $25.00. We highly recommend that you call to ensure your order can be processed during your specified time.

We take all necessary precautions to assure your chocolate is shipped properly to protect it from damage during the warmer months. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by delay in shipment by the carrier.

All cancellations prior to the final printing are assessed a $10.00 fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once the sample confirmation has been returned and the order has been processed.
